  3. Charge Reasonably: Set fair and transparent prices for your labor and materials.
  4. Act with Integrity: Uphold the values of the QuackQuack platform. Refund deposits for uncompleted work, and be truthful with clients if problems occur.
  5. Foster Inclusivity: Refrain from discriminating based on race, religion, age, gender, national origin, sexual orientation, disability, or any other inappropriate criteria.

Customer Standards

  1. Show Respect: Communicate respectfully with pros, respond to their messages in a timely manner, and value their time. Address problems calmly and work collaboratively toward a resolution.
  2. Provide Constructive Feedback: When reviewing a pro’s work, ensure your expectations were clear from the beginning and evaluate fairly.
  3. Honor Your Commitments: Always pay for the services you’ve received as agreed.
  4. Be Honest: Don’t engage a pro if you’re not serious about proceeding with the project. Communicate openly and deal in good faith if challenges arise.
  5. Support Inclusivity: Treat everyone equally, without discrimination based on race, religion, age, gender, national origin, sexual orientation, disability, or other inappropriate factors.
