Real reviews from real homeowners

My AC broke on a Friday afternoon in July. In Texas. I was not okay. QuackQuack connected me with a tech who showed up by 6pm and fixed it the same day. I've never been so happy to feel cold air in my life.

I got a quote within an hour of submitting my request. All three contractors were professional, showed up on time, and gave me fair prices. I hired the second one and couldn't be happier with the work.

I've used QuackQuack three times now - plumbing, electrical, and landscaping. Every time it's been fast, the pros have been great, and I haven't had to spend hours on Google trying to figure out who to trust.

Replaced 11 windows in our 1970s ranch. The estimator was honest about what we actually needed and what we didn't. Install crew finished in two days and the heating bill dropped noticeably the next month.

I dreaded this project for years. QuackQuack matched me with a contractor who actually listened, sent a clear scope, and stayed on budget. Tile is perfect. Wish I'd done it sooner.

Hurricane season was coming and I'd procrastinated for two years. Got matched with a licensed installer the same day. Permit, install, and inspection done in under three weeks.

No more cleaning gutters in November. The crew was in and out in half a day. They even fixed a sagging downspout the previous owner had ignored - no extra charge.

Did this for my mom so she could age in place. The pro QuackQuack matched us with specialized in accessibility and walked her through every choice patiently. She loves it.

We got four quotes that ranged by $9k. QuackQuack let me compare apples to apples so I knew what was actually different. Picked the middle one and the deck is gorgeous.

Whole house re-sided in fiber cement. The contractor caught water damage we didn't know about and handled the repair before installing. Saved us a much bigger problem later.

Engineered hardwood across the whole main floor. Got matched within an hour, install booked for the following week. Crew was respectful, clean, and finished a day early.

Basement flooded twice in three years. The pro diagnosed the actual grading issue outside, not just sold me an interior drain. Two seasons in and it's bone dry.

Didn't want a full kitchen demo. Refacing took four days and looks like a brand-new kitchen for a fraction of what a full reno would have cost. Highly recommend.

Switched from asphalt to standing seam metal. Quotes were competitive, the contractor pulled all the HOA paperwork, and the new roof looks incredible against the mountains.

Six-foot privacy fence around half an acre. They handled the survey, the HOA approval, and the install. I just signed forms and unlocked the gate. Easiest project I've done.

Diagonal cracks in the basement walls had me panicking. The structural pro QuackQuack sent explained exactly what was happening and what wasn't urgent. Honest. Rare.

Well water that smelled like a swimming pool. The installer tested everything on site, recommended a specific system, and the water is genuinely clean now. Coffee tastes better too.

Front and back doors swapped in a single day. Solid install, weather stripping done right, and they hauled the old doors away. Already feels warmer in the entryway.

Garage floor went from stained mess to showroom in a weekend. The coating crew was professional and the price beat the big-name franchise quote by $1,200.

Bought this for my dad. The contractor handled the plumbing upgrade and the install without a single hiccup. Dad actually uses it daily, which is the whole point.

Added a 14x16 sunroom off the back. Permits, build, and screens done in six weeks. We basically live out there now from October to May.

Installed for my wife after her hip surgery. The pro showed up the next day to measure and had it operational within a week. Total game-changer for her recovery.
